AI for self-reflection: Useful questions, not final answers

Try a different question

You write: "I agreed to another extra task again." One possible reflection question is: "What would have helped you pause before agreeing?"

You do not have to agree with the interpretation. Perhaps this was not about boundaries but a task that genuinely mattered to you.

A question helps when you can connect it to your specific situation. A direct tone is not evidence that a statement is correct. Reflection does not require shame or pressure.

Convincing does not mean correct

Generative AI can confidently produce false content. The NIST Generative AI Profile, section 2.2 describes this risk. This source explains a general AI risk; it does not establish the effectiveness of InnerVoid.

• No diagnosis: Individual words or an AI text do not establish an illness or a fixed personality trait.
• No complete memory: An analysis works with selected available content, not automatically everything you have ever written or experienced.
• No objective growth score: A changed value can also reflect the topic, wording or selection of your entries.

Check the original entry and consider another explanation. Do not rely on AI text alone for important health, relationship or life decisions. A qualified person is the appropriate contact for professional questions.

Local analysis, cloud and AI are different paths

InnerVoid's word analysis uses a local lexicon. Cloud synchronization and optional AI processing are separate from that. Local analysis does not automatically mean your journal is never synchronized.

With active AI consent, content needed for the selected feature is sent to server-side processing and the AI provider. Optional Ultra encryption does not prevent this necessary plaintext processing when you enable AI. It is not a promise that all metadata is encrypted.

Review your settings and the privacy policy before enabling AI. You can simply write without AI reflection. Do not disclose more personal details just to obtain a more convincing answer.
