Making sense of reflections: Hints, not verdicts
An analysis can offer a question you would not have thought of yourself. It does not know your whole life. Read it as a suggestion you can check, not a verdict on your personality.
Word signals, AI text and trends are different things
- Local word signals use a lexicon to look for language cues. Context, quotations, irony and negations can be misinterpreted. A match is not yet a pattern.
- Optional AI reflections suggest interpretations or questions from the content sent for processing. Even convincing text can be wrong. Review the AI settings and privacy policy before enabling this processing.
- A trend shows changes in recorded entries. Perhaps you only wrote about difficult moments during a particular week. Then the trend represents that selection, not necessarily your whole week.
A radar also visualizes calculated hints. Its values are not a diagnosis, a grade or a reliable comparison with other people.
Check one hint, not everything at once
- What is this based on? Open linked original entries where available. Read the situation, not just individual words.
- What fits, and what does not? Look for a counterexample too. A stressful day does not establish a fixed personality type.
- Does this question help today? If not, leave it. You do not have to prove anything to the app or agree with an interpretation.
"Boundaries" appears as a topic. Instead of "I cannot set boundaries", you could ask: "In which specific situation would I have liked more time to decide?"
Choose something small you can try
One possible answer is: "Next time I am offered an extra task, I will ask about priorities first." Later, write down how it went. You are testing an idea in daily life rather than adopting a label about yourself.
If no reflections are visible, you can still simply write. Little text or few matching signals are not an error and say nothing about your worth. You do not need to disclose more personal details just to obtain an analysis.
Do not rely on these hints alone for important health, relationship or life decisions. The app and its guides do not replace professional advice or treatment.
Common questions
What if an interpretation feels wrong?
You can disagree. Check the original text and record your own view if you wish. Confidently worded AI text is not automatically correct.
Do I need to improve my radar?
No. There is no ideal profile you must work towards. What matters is whether a question helps you understand your daily life.
Your next step
Read one entry and choose a single question that feels relevant now.
